Rachel Gans-Boriskin
Rachel Gans-Boriskin is a storyteller, educator, and coach with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and organizations communicate more effectively. With a background in media, leadership, and strategic communication, she specializes in using storytelling, Design Thinking, and human-centered strategy to help organizations engage and support Gen Z talent. A former Associate Professor at Simmons University and lecturer at several institutions, Rachel has taught courses in leadership, organizational communication, and media ethics—key areas for navigating generational shifts in the workplace. She brings a research-informed, empathetic approach to workshops and coaching, equipping clients with actionable tools to foster connection, adaptability, and innovation across generations.
Kristina Markos
Kristina Markos, M.L.S., is an Associate Professor and Graduate Program Chair in Communications at Lasell University with nearly 20 years of experience in branding, PR, content strategy, and digital communications. As a certified career coach and consultant for organizations, she brings a research-based, outcomes-driven approach to career development and strategic communication. Kristina’s work focuses on integrating creativity, innovation, and digital engagement—particularly with Gen Z—into curriculum design and workforce development. She has lectured internationally on building community in digital spaces, is a published expert on intergenerational workplace dynamics, and serves on the board of PR Club, positioning her as a valuable leader in helping organizations effectively connect with and support the next generation of talent.
